  • What you’ll do
  • Develop new business across local, corporate, leisure, group, F&B and events, with a clear focus on revenue generation.
  • Build and manage relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, event organisers, agencies and relevant lifestyle, entertainment and creative contacts.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and turn relationships, referrals and market knowledge into business for the hotel.
  • Support the development of group and event business, from initial enquiry through to conversion and handover.
  • Drive awareness and demand for Lana Lusa, Rose Bar, Rose Lounge and the wider hotel experience through relevant local and commercial relationships.
  • Represent Delano London at client events, trade shows, networking opportunities and industry activations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, PR, F&B and Operations to maximise opportunities across the hotel.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, with clear account plans, measurable activity and consistent follow-up.
  • Stay close to the London market, identifying new businesses, trends, partnerships and opportunities that could benefit Delano London.
  • Bring the Delano personality to every interaction, creating relationships that feel genuine, memorable and distinctly Delano.
  • What success looks like
  • You build a strong network of relevant local and commercial relationships that generates business for Delano London.
  • You consistently create new opportunities and convert them into quality revenue across rooms, F&B and events.
  • You help establish Delano London as a new and relevant name within London’s business, lifestyle and creative communities.
  • You build relationships that extend beyond individual bookings and develop into repeat business, referrals and partnerships.
  • You are visible and active in the market, becoming a familiar and trusted face for Delano London.
  • You work collaboratively, take ownership and bring energy and ideas to the wider team.
  • You are proactive, curious and commercially minded, with the confidence to open doors and make things happen.
  • You balance commercial drive with genuine relationship-building, always understanding that the right business matters as much as the volume.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in hotel sales, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, events, entertainment or a related environment.
  • A good understanding of the London market, with an existing network of relevant local businesses, event organisers, agencies or lifestyle contacts.
  • A proven ability to develop new business, build relationships and turn opportunities into revenue.
  • Commercially minded and confident in identifying opportunities, making connections and following through.
  • Naturally personable and engaging, with strong emotional intelligence and an instinct for building genuine relationships.
  • Curious and proactive, with the confidence to get out into the market, open new doors and make things happen.
  • Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM and hotel systems; Salesforce and Opera experience would be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel locally and attend client events, trade shows, networking opportunities and industry activations as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with a natural and confident communication style.
