Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive
Sales Coordinator to support the Delano London Sales team across day-to-day sales activity, account management and business development.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and Sales Managers, you will support client communication, sales administration, CRM management, reporting, proposals, site inspections and sales initiatives.
You will play an important role in keeping the team organised, ensuring opportunities are followed up and helping deliver a seamless experience for clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales, hospitality or administrative role; hotel experience preferred.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients, partners and colleagues.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM and hotel systems such as Salesforce and Opera is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a positive, collaborative approach.
- Genuine interest in luxury hospitality, travel, food, culture and the Delano brand.
- Professional, personable and approachable, with a natural instinct for service.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
