Delano London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef – Pastry to join the pre-opening culinary team. You will take ownership of the pastry section and help shape the pastry offering for Lana Lusa and the hotel, reporting to the Executive Head Chef and collaborating with the Senior Sous Chef.
You will build the pastry section from the ground up, lead by example, and bring together technical skill, creativity and a genuine passion for exceptional pastry in a luxury environment.
