We’re looking for a well-connected, commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to join Delano London, with a strong focus on luxury leisure and entertainment.

This is a relationship-led role for someone who knows the luxury landscape, understands what makes people and brands tick and has the confidence to create opportunities rather than simply respond to them.

You’ll build and grow relationships across luxury travel, entertainment, fashion and creative industries, driving high-value transient business alongside carefully selected group opportunities.

Working across London and key international markets, you’ll develop strategic accounts, uncover new business, represent Delano London at relevant industry events and create meaningful relationships that translate into revenue.

You’ll be joining Delano London at the beginning of an exciting new chapter, with the opportunity to help establish its position in the London market and shape the relationships that will define its community of guests, partners and advocates.

  • What you’ll do
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of luxury leisure, entertainment, fashion and creative accounts, with a clear focus on revenue generation.
  • Develop new relationships and actively identify opportunities that bring the right guests, partners and business to Delano London.
  • Drive high-value transient business through luxury travel advisors, private clients, entertainment, fashion, creative and other relevant networks.
  • Identify and develop selected group opportunities where there is a strong commercial and brand fit.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers and industry partners across London and international feeder markets.
  • Represent Delano London at relevant trade shows, industry events, client events and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, PR, F&B and Operations to maximise commercial opportunities across the hotel.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, with clear account plans, measurable activity and consistent follow-up.
  • Use market knowledge and commercial insight to identify trends, opportunities and new sources of business.
  • Bring the Delano personality to every interaction, creating relationships that feel genuine, memorable and distinctly Delano.
  • What success looks like
  • You build a strong and relevant network around Delano London and become a trusted point of contact within the luxury leisure and entertainment community.
  • You generate quality business that delivers meaningful revenue and supports the hotel's commercial objectives.
  • You open doors to new accounts, partnerships and opportunities that would not otherwise have been accessible.
  • You establish Delano London as a relevant new name within London's luxury, cultural and creative landscape.
  • You balance commercial drive with an instinct for the right business, understanding that relationships and brand fit matter as much as volume.
  • You work collaboratively and bring energy, ideas and a sense of ownership to the wider team.
  • You become known for being proactive, connected, curious and easy to do business with.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hotel sales, ideally within luxury leisure, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle or creative industries.
  • An established and relevant network across luxury travel advisors, consortia, UHNW intermediaries, entertainment, fashion or creative communities.
  • Strong knowledge of the London luxury travel and hospitality landscape, with an understanding of the people, places and trends shaping it.
  • A proven ability to build new relationships, develop accounts and turn opportunities into meaningful revenue.
  • Commercially curious, confident in negotiation and comfortable presenting ideas and opportunities to different audiences.
  • Naturally personable and engaging, with strong emotional intelligence and an instinct for building genuine relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive, with the confidence to think differently, open new doors and make things happen.
  • Organised and commercially focused, with the ability to manage priorities, follow through and take ownership.
  • Comfortable using CRM and hotel systems; Salesforce and Opera experience would be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and represent Delano London at relevant client events, trade shows and industry activations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with a natural and confident communication style.
  • Above all, someone who brings personality, curiosity, kindness and a sense of fun to the way they work.
  • Additional Information
