Delano London seeks an exceptional Assistant Director of Finance to join the pre-opening team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll manage day-to-day finance operations, ensure accurate reporting, strong controls and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

You will help establish efficient financial processes, support operational performance, and develop a high-performing team during the pre-opening phase and beyond, preparing the hotel for its 2026 launch and ongoing growth.
