We are seeking an exceptional Director of Brand Marketing to join the pre-opening team of Delano London. In your role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for Delano London, generating awareness, crafting refined and enchanting positioning, and establishing Delano’s commitment to cultural resonance among locals and travellers alike.
Set to open its doors in 2026, Delano London will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. The 67-key luxury retreat will blend soft minimalist design, generous living spaces, and park views creating a distinctive lifestyle destination where design, dining, nightlife, and wellbeing seamlessly converge.
What you’ll do…
- You need to have a deep understanding of lifestyle communities.
- Get under the skin of the brand and property to drive insightful ideas, partnerships, and opportunities that build cultural relevance and authenticity.
- Work with our commercial teams to drive revenue, manage budgets, set metrics, and assess data and effectiveness of plans.
- Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness, including partnering with creative agencies and internal teams.
- Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies, including supporting brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.
- Work with our operations teams, defining the brand experience and standards and ensuring that they are brought to life at every guest touch point.
