Delano London is seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie for its pre-opening culinary team. You will take ownership of your section, lead Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, and help establish a kitchen operation that delivers memorable, consistently excellent food from opening day.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you’ll ensure mise en place, maintain high standards of food quality, and support pre-opening activities and menu development in a luxury hotel environment.
