Delano London is recruiting an exceptional Assistant Bar Manager for the pre-opening team.

Reporting to the Bar Manager and collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will help bring Rose Bar to life while ensuring a connected beverage experience across Lana Lusa, Room Service and Private Dining.

You will lead shifts, develop bartenders, train opening staff and uphold standards from day one, delivering warm, intuitive hospitality in a premium hotel setting.
