Delano London is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join the pre-opening team. Reporting to Bar Manager and working with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will help launch Rose Bar with confident floor leadership and warm hospitality across outlets.
You will lead shifts, shape guest journeys, coach staff, support recruitment and training, and collaborate on cocktail development and service standards to deliver a connected, premium beverage experience.
