Delaney & Bourton is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join a global retail organisation embarking on a Tier-1 SaaS ERP implementation. You’ll partner with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail to capture requirements, map current and future processes, and translate them into user stories and functional specs.
You’ll lead workshops, run interviews, maintain traceability through the programme lifecycle, support testing and UAT, and drive measurable business outcomes.
