We’re looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Lead to support a Workday implementation spanning:
- HCM
- Professional Services Automation (PSA)
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end reporting strategy, acting as the primary SME for all Workday reporting activities across the programme.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of Workday reporting, including:
- Defining and owning the Workday reporting strategy
- Establishing reporting standards, governance and naming conventions
- Advising on best practice reporting across HCM, FINS and PSA
- Leading requirements gathering, design and delivery of:
- Advanced Reports
- Matrix Reports
- Composite Reports
- Dashboards / Discovery Boards (where applicable)
