We’re supporting a major UK organisation through the growth and maturation of its cyber and information security capability, and are looking to appoint an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to take ownership of their enterprise IAM & PAM strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening identity security across a large, complex environment, leading the development of IAM governance, privileged access controls, identity lifecycle management, and secure access frameworks across the organisation.
You will work alongside the cyber leadership team to shape the strategy and be supported by expert 3rd party vendors to execute.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Developing and evolving the organisation’s IAM & PAM strategy and operating model
- Leading governance, standards, policies, and access control frameworks
- Driving improvements across authentication, RBAC, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management
- Supporting implementation and optimisation of IAM/PAM tooling and integrations
- Partnering with technology and business teams to embed secure identity practices
- Supporting audit, risk, compliance, and remediation activities
- Building internal capability through coaching, knowledge transfer, and leadership
We’re particularly interested in people with strong experience across enterprise IAM and PAM environments, alongside a solid understanding of:
- Identity governance & administration
- Authentication & federation
- RBAC / access governance
- Privileged access controls
- IAM/PAM tooling such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Delinea or Microsoft Identity technologies.
Permanent role. The company have a North-Leicestershire HQ and work in a hybrid manner c. 50% onsite. We are open to someone working from one of the company's many other midlands locations, as long as you can commute to the Leicester office at least once a week.
