The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire – 2 days per week
Package: Excellent package, permanent role.
Suited to: QA Managers, Test Managers, Heads of Test or QA/Test Leads that have been responsible for designing, implementing and delivering against a Test Strategy aligned to a large-scale project/programme, migration or implementation.
As Test Manager you’ll be responsible for shaping, creating and delivering quality-first Testing strategies and solutions to enable the delivery of successful technology-enabled projects and programmes. This isn’t a BAU or UAT role, this is focused on new exciting transformations and system implementations.
The Test Manager will also be responsible for managing a small team.
Areas of role will include:
- Building and owning enterprise IT Testing strategies and leading through a team of Test Analysts
- Ensuring fit-for-purpose Testing of complex integrations and relevant in-house and 3rd party systems
- Building and developing an automated regression QA capability
- Continuous improvement of Testing and QA ways of working across the department
Key skills / experience:
- Experienced Test Manager, QA Manager, Test Lead or QA Lead that has been responsible for building complex Test Strategies on greenfield projects
- Innovator – someone with a voice willing to challenge status-quo and wanting to improve the Testing and QA landscape
- Strong people leader with great stakeholder communications skills
