Meaningful, real enterprise scale work operating with a talented Cloud centre of excellence. This is NOT a support role. The role will help build, optimise, and evolve a modern cloud platform supporting critical business services across multiple international markets. Suited to DevOps Engineers and/or AWS Cloud Platform Engineers that really enjoy leveraging IAC (Terraform / CDK / Cloudformation) and Automation.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing, building, and managing secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud environments
- Driving cloud transformation initiatives, migrating legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions
- Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and automation tooling
- Partnering with Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to deliver resilient and secure production platforms
- Championing cloud best practices, governance, compliance, and operational excellence
- Optimising cloud performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across the estate
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering cloud transformation and migration programmes
- Strong hands-on AWS expertise across core services including EC2, S3, Lambda, containers, and serverless technologies
- Experience building and operating cloud-native solutions at scale
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks including ISO and NIST
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
