We're supporting a FTSE 250, technology-led international business in the search for an experienced Cloud Architect to help shape and evolve their enterprise cloud strategy. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior cloud professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical architecture with strategic influence across a complex, global environment.

Working closely with Technology Leadership, you'll play a key role in driving cloud-first architecture, modern engineering practices, automation, and secure-by-design solutions across a multi-country organisation.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for designing and evolving scalable, secure cloud platforms, primarily within AWS while helping technology teams adopt modern cloud-native, DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. This role offers the chance to influence architecture at enterprise scale while working in a collaborative, agile environment with significant investment in cloud capability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures
  • Driving cloud strategy and architectural best practice across technology teams
  • Championing Infrastructure as Code, automation and DevSecOps principles
  • Supporting engineering teams with architectural guidance and governance
  • Helping optimise cloud security, compliance and cost management
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams
  • Mentoring teams on CI/CD, cloud-native technologies and modern engineering practices

What We're Looking For
