IT Applications Support Analyst

Role: IT Application Support Analyst, Contract

Location: Leicester (4 days a week onsite)

Rate: £250pd – £300pd (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6-month initial term

The Contract:

We are recruiting an Application Support Analyst for an iconic UK brand, to provide 2nd line support on various business applications.

This multi-£bn turnover business are going through a huge period of transformation, therefore there is the potential scope to continue this contract further than the initial 6 months.

We are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience supporting business applications / software.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing a quality service.
• Able to commute to North Leicester a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Work with 3rd party specialists to resolve complex issues.
