I’m working with a large, international group that is undertaking a greenfield ERP Finance implementation and is looking to appoint an experienced contract / interim Finance Change Lead to own the people and process change agenda across Finance. This is a long-term, Outside IR35 contract to be a key figure in how the new ERP is successfully adopted.
The role:
- Lead the Finance change management strategy for a greenfield Finance programme
- Partner closely with Finance leadership, the CFO, programme teams, and implementation partners
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across Finance processes, roles, and ways of working
- Design and deliver targeted communications and engagement plans for Finance audiences
- Support the design and rollout of training and enablement for Finance users
- Build and manage a network of Finance change champions
- Track and report on readiness, adoption, and engagement metrics
- Support Finance teams through go-live, hypercare, and business-as-usual transition
- Act as a trusted adviser on behavioural and cultural change, not just system delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager / Change Lead on a large ERP Finance implementation
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and how Finance is impacted
- Experience operating in technology-enabled Finance transformations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at CFO and senior Finance leadership level
- Confident driving adoption and embedded change, not just go-live
