I’m working with a large, international services group that is undertaking a greenfield Workday implementation and is looking to appoint an experienced Workday HR Change Lead to own the people and process change agenda across HR. This is a long-term, Outside IR35 contract to be a key figure in how Workday is successfully adopted.
The role:
- Lead the HR change management strategy for a greenfield Workday programme
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across HR processes, roles, and ways of working
- Design and deliver targeted communications and engagement plans for HR audiences
- Support the design and rollout of training and enablement for HR users
- Build and manage a network of HR change champions
- Track and report on readiness, adoption, and engagement metrics
- Support HR teams through go-live, hypercare, and business-as-usual transition
- Act as a trusted adviser on behavioural and cultural change, not just system delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager / Change Lead on a Workday HR implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Experience operating in technology-enabled HR transformations
- Confident driving adoption and embedded change, not just go-live
- Change certification (Prosci / ACMP etc.) desirable but not essential
Why this role?
- £700pd, Outside IR35
- 2-year programme with stability and long-term impact
- Largely remote-first, with purposeful travel only
- High-profile transformation with real visibility and influence
If you’re a Workday Change specialist looking for a high-quality, long-term contract where you can genuinely shape outcomes, I’d be happy to talk.
