Delaney & Bourton is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, resilience, and performance of a multi-platform IT environment across the UK. You will oversee cloud, network, and platform operations to ensure stability, scalability and security, supporting circa 8k+ end-users.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, owning service reliability, automation, and long-term platform strategy, with a focus on minimising downtime and embedding self-healing.
