We’re hiring an experienced ERP / Finance Data Lead to support a greenfield ERP implementation covering full HR / Finance. This role will be responsible for both areas, with a preference for someone who has acted as Data Lead or ERP Data Lead on Finance. This is a senior delivery role with full ownership of the data strategy, working across multiple programme workstreams and senior stakeholders.

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for end-to-end data delivery across the ERP programme, including:
  • Defining and owning the overall data strategy
  • Establishing data governance, standards and quality controls
  • Leading data conversion activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, loading)
  • Managing source-to-target mappings aligned to ERP data models
  • Defining and executing data validation and reconciliation frameworks
  • Supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for data risks and issues
  • Providing clear visibility on data readiness and quality

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Lead / Senior Data Manager
  • Strong hands-on experience across at least one significant ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics etc)
  • Strong understanding of various ERP data models and migration approaches
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stream programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
