We’re hiring an experienced ERP / Finance Data Lead to support a greenfield ERP implementation covering full HR / Finance. This role will be responsible for both areas, with a preference for someone who has acted as Data Lead or ERP Data Lead on Finance. This is a senior delivery role with full ownership of the data strategy, working across multiple programme workstreams and senior stakeholders.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for end-to-end data delivery across the ERP programme, including:
- Defining and owning the overall data strategy
- Establishing data governance, standards and quality controls
- Leading data conversion activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, loading)
- Managing source-to-target mappings aligned to ERP data models
- Defining and executing data validation and reconciliation frameworks
- Supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live
- Acting as the primary escalation point for data risks and issues
- Providing clear visibility on data readiness and quality
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Lead / Senior Data Manager
- Strong hands-on experience across at least one significant ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics etc)
- Strong understanding of various ERP data models and migration approaches
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stream programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
