Are you an SAP Data Migration specialist who thrives in high-intensity delivery environments? We're seeking a hands-on SAP Data Analyst to join a critical ERP transformation programme, taking ownership of migration execution from discovery through to go-live and hypercare. This is not a governance or coordination role. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving data challenges, and delivering migration outcomes at pace.

Contract: Outside IR35

Duration: 6 Months (potential extension)

Focus: SAP Realise Phase, Data Migration & Go-Live Delivery

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving end-to-end SAP migration activities across multiple data objects
  • Producing mapping and transformation documentation
  • Defining business rules and supporting data harmonisation
  • Preparing technical specifications for Data Engineering teams
  • Executing migration testing, reconciliation, and audit validation
  • Running mock migration cycles and variance analysis
  • Leading cutover migration activities and supporting post-go-live hypercare

What we're looking for:

  • Proven SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors data migration experience
  • Experience delivering full migration lifecycles independently
  • Strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and defect management
  • Ability to operate autonomously and hit demanding project milestones
  • Comfortable working within complex ERP programmes and engaging with system integrators
