Newly created appointment suited to a Cyber / Technology Resilience and DR leader. Focused on ensuring that when a major incident occurs, there is a clear, controlled and executable path to a quick recovery. Landing at leadership level, this is a highly visible role ensuring there is an enterprise-wide technology recovery plan, working at the intersection between Cyber, Risk and Technology (Infrastructure and Applications). Significant opportunity to join a household brand within the UK, and an organisation that has also been listed as a Global Employer of choice operating within a regulated space. Weighted heavily towards practical experience and delivery over theory.

  • Deliver clear, confident communication to executives, regulators, and stakeholders
  • Drive readiness through testing, simulation, and continuous improvement
  • Matrix leadership across a number of teams including Cyber, Infrastructure, Applications and Risk
  • Regular engagement at executive and board level
  • Close alignment with regulatory expectations (FCA, PRA, ICO)

What we’re looking for:

  • Technology leader in technology resilience, recovery, or major incident leadership
  • Strong understanding of cyber recovery, data integrity, and service restoration
  • Ability to operate decisively under pressure and provide clear direction
