This role is purely focused on Account Growth and success. This role will be working closely with CTO's/CIO's/CDO's and become a trusted partner, to help support their digital transformation.
A hugely well-respected, well-established Tech consultancy who provide several services largely relating to Software Development, Web and Digital across several enterprise brands.
As a Client Director, you’ll work strategically to understand their current customers challenges and help to identify opportunities for business growth. This will suit someone who’s used to owning the relationships with 1 or 2 large Accounts. You’ll be used to working with cross-functional teams largely made up of developers, business analysts, project managers, testers and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted advisor within your customer portfolio (largely working with C-suite) to ensure the business is delivering value, and to maximise opportunities for business growth within accounts.
- Penetrate and expand within your customer accounts, building relationships through introductions.
- Constantly evolving with the customer, and seeking opportunities for growth.
- Creating, owning and running customer growth plans, opportunities and sales processes.
We’re after someone that creates account growth plans, and can help to unlock opportunity. Someone that has experience working for either a Tech business that offers a solution, or a consultancy that delivers a service-based offering to enterprise customers.
