As part of a wider HR systems transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems across the testing lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing various testing activities including Functional, Unit, Data Migration, Regression, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practice
- Creating and maintaining test documentation, including business scenarios, test scripts and test summary reports
- Supporting the Test Manager with project coordination and reporting
- Identifying, logging and tracking defects using ALM/SharePoint defect management tools
- Coordinating and supporting business testing across the software development lifecycle
Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors testing experience, including hands-on knowledge of:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Employee Central
- Employee Central Payroll
- Experience with Workforce Time & Attendance applications (or similar systems)
- Experience conducting Data Migration testing from source to target systems
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent
- Significant experience working as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments
- A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues clearly to stakeholders and project teams
- Understanding of SAP integrations
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
