I\’m working with a blue chip client who is looking for an Adoption & Change Manager to take ownership of complex, predominently IT-driven transformation projects.
The heart of this role is about making sure people, processes, and technology truly align so that change is embraced and sustained across the business.
It is a mature environment where you will work alongside PM, Programme Managers, Training teams etc., enabling you to focus on successful change and adoption.
The Role
- Shape and deliver structured change strategies for business and IT initiatives
- Build sponsorship and stakeholder support at senior level
- Plan and manage change communications to engage the wider organisation
- Assess readiness for new systems, address gaps, and reduce resistance
- Deliver tailored training to help teams adapt to new ways of working
- Monitor adoption and measure outcomes to ensure benefits are realised
Ideal Experience
- Prosci/ADKAR certification (or similar)
- Strong background in change management and transformation programmes
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
