As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Production / Workshop Manager to take ownership of our workshop floor and drive it forward. About the role: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our workshop, overseeing the production of bespoke control panels and special purpose machinery from job start through to dispatch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to shape how a growing workshop operates - improving processes, raising standards, and building a strong, capable team. You'll lead a workshop team of 8, reporting to the senior leadership team.
