About DELABIE Group
DELABIE is the European market leader in taps and sanitary ware for public and commercial buildings - from offices and airports to universities, hospitals, and sports stadiums. For nearly 100 years, the Group has been committed to sustainable development, reducing water consumption, improving hygiene, and designing high-performance, innovative products.
As a 100% family-owned international Group with over 900 employees, DELABIE exports to nearly 100 countries through 10 global subsidiaries and continues to grow at a strong, sustained pace.
A New Era of Growth: DELABIE + DVS + KWC Professional
DELABIE has recently completed the full acquisition of KWC Professional, including DVS in the UK. This merger brings together two companies with recognised technical expertise and complementary product portfolios - including the brands KWC, Aquarotter and DVS. This strategic acquisition strengthens our leadership across Europe and significantly expands our presence in key markets such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Nordics, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. It also reinforces our UK footprint, following the earlier acquisition of Newcastle Joinery Ltd. (NJL), enhancing our offering for specialist sectors such as correctional facilities.
Together, these combined strengths create a major European industrial group with shared values, technical excellence, and a collective ambition for innovation and sustainable growth.
