For our UK sales team, as part of an investment and growth strategy, we are seeking a Specification Sales Manager.

The Specification Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across the defined region by promoting DELABIE-DVS’s full range of commercial washroom solutions. This is a proactive role focused on winning specifications, influencing key stakeholders, and converting opportunities into long term, successful relationships. You will operate at the front end of the sales cycle, engaging with specifiers, end users, contractors, merchants, and wholesalers to position DELABIE-DVS as the preferred partner. Postcodes covered are SG, LU, AL, CM, CO, SS.

A key focus of this role is to actively challenge and change established specification habits within the market, positioning DELABIE-DVS as the standard choice for commercial washroom solutions.
