Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will support our finance operations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth bookkeeping processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
