We are looking for a multi-skilled Engineer to join our team in Wisbech. This is a hands-on role maintaining and improving production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Fault finding and repair on mechanical & electrical equipment
  • Maintaining PLC-controlled machinery
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the site
  • Ensuring high standards of food safety and health & safety

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified, skilled engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience/knowledge
  • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
  • Good communication and basic IT skills

Varied, fast-paced engineering role. Opportunity to work across electrical & mechanical disciplines. Be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Hours: 18.00 to 06.00 - 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
