We are looking for a multi-skilled Engineer to join our team in Wisbech. This is a hands-on role maintaining and improving production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Fault finding and repair on mechanical & electrical equipment
- Maintaining PLC-controlled machinery
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
- Supporting continuous improvement across the site
- Ensuring high standards of food safety and health & safety
What we are looking for:
- Qualified, skilled engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience/knowledge
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
- Good communication and basic IT skills
Varied, fast-paced engineering role. Opportunity to work across electrical & mechanical disciplines. Be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Hours: 18.00 to 06.00 - 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
