The mission of the Sales Representative is to generate new cleaning contracts and recurring revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective follow-up. Performance is rewarded through commission and volume-based bonuses.

Key Objectives:
- Secure new commercial and domestic cleaning contracts
- Maintain a consistent and active sales pipeline
- Support sustainable business growth
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Visit local businesses when required to introduce services
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions
- Book site surveys and support the quotation process
- Follow up on quotations and close sales
- Accurately record sales activity and outcomes
Commission Structure:
- £50 – Commercial contract (Monday–Friday, regular service)
- £30 – Commercial contract (1–2 days per week)
- £20 – Large carpet cleaning job
- £100 – Biohazard or specialist cleaning contract
- 10% of first invoice value – One-off deep cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans
- Uncapped earning potential
Bonus Tier (Monthly Performance Bonuses):
- 5 contracts secured in a month → £100 bonus
- 10 contracts secured in a month → £250 bonus
- 15+ contracts secured in a month → £500 bonus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
