Based in London, our friendly, multilingual team manages motor insurance claims on behalf of leading insurers across Europe, providing expert support for claims arising from road traffic accidents in both the UK and overseas.

A Day in the Life and the Impact You Will Make
As a Motor Claims Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting our international insurer clients by managing third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement. You will:
- Manage third-party motor claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
- Investigate claims thoroughly, assessing liability, gathering evidence and monitoring progress to achieve timely resolutions.
- Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent claims, escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Liaise with overseas insurer clients, DEKRA offices and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure effective claim handling.
- Maintain accurate claim records while working in line with company procedures, regulatory requirements and service standards.
About You
You will have previous claims handling experience and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. You are organised, analytical and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining exceptional service standards.
You Will Also Bring
- Previous experience handling motor third-party claims.
- Experience with injury and/or credit hire claims would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Sound numerical ability and confidence working with claim-related data.
- French, German or Spanish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
