Base pay range

Location: Mixture of office (PCGB Head Office Reading, RG31 7SG), WFH and two days on the road

Salary: £40K – £50K per annum + 10% bonus and company car!

Contract: Permanent, Full time

We are DEKRA Automotive and we are now recruiting for a Lifestyle Specialist to join us!

We are now recruiting for a Lifestyle Specialist to work as a key part of the Product Operations, and wider Business Development team, developing the Porsche Lifestyle business.

You will coach and support our centres to ensure national sales targets are achieved, ensuring that commercial and operational guidelines and objectives are considered at all times.

In addition to this, as our Lifestyle Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Drive Lifestyle Sales Performance – Coach, support and motivate Porsche Centres to meet and exceed annual Lifestyle turnover targets.
  • On-site Centre Support – Conduct performance reviews, embed best practice, and offer hands-on support to maximise commercial outcomes.
  • Strategic Development – Contribute to the development of short- and long-term sales strategies in collaboration with the Senior Product Executive.
  • Event Support – Support national event activations with merchandising, stock selection and customer-facing selling.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Maintain clear, proactive communication with franchised partners and internal teams via Porsche Partner Network (PPN) and other channels.
  • Training & Marketing – Help deliver product and sales training, review promotional materials, and support showroom merchandising tools.

In order to be successful in this role, it’s essential that you have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the automotive or retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver commercial results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Passion for automotive excellence, premium fashion/accessories, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK (approx. 50% of the time).
