As a Special Projects Manager, no two days are the same. You'll work closely with leading automotive brands to design, deliver and continuously improve coaching and performance programmes that drive measurable business results. From facilitating engaging coaching sessions and building impactful training content to analysing performance data and advising key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential. What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop and deliver engaging coaching and performance improvement programmes for automotive and corporate clients.
  • Facilitate face-to-face coaching sessions that drive behavioural change, improved performance and enhanced customer experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, objectives and client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Analyse, measure and communicate programme effectiveness through data, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for both DEKRA and its partner brands.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in coaching, training, learning and development, or performance improvement roles.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing projects and stakeholder expectations within fast-paced environments.
