Sie unterstützen bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Marketing und Sales, des Weiteren unterstützen Sie die Telesales Kollegen beim prozessseitigen Abschluss der Verkäufe und sind Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zu Fahrzeugen in den Datenbanken.

Sie koordinieren und pflegen die Produkt- und Kundendatenbank im eigenen Software System und überprüfen stetig die Datenqualität. Sie wickeln Sonderprozesse sowie die Dokumentation von Sonderverkaufsmaßnahmen ab. Preisrecherche und -anfrage beim Kunden sowie die finale Preisprüfung beim Abschluss der Verkäufe. Sie sind Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Marketing- & Sales Abteilungen.

Minimum Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Disposition, bevorzugt in einem Autohaus.
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein sehr gutes Zeitmanagement.
  • Fähigkeit kompetent und zielsicher zu kommunizieren, ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse mit MS Office und gängigen IT-Systemen.
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
