A Day in the Life and the Impact You'll Make:
As an Audi Used Car Area Manager, you'll work across approximately 25 retailers throughout Scotland, helping used car departments improve sales performance, quality and customer experience. Working closely with retailer management teams and Audi field colleagues, you'll analyse performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and agree SMART action plans that deliver measurable results. You'll build strong relationships across the retailer network, coach and support teams, and ensure retailers remain aligned with Audi's short, medium and long-term objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with Audi retailers and field teams, using KPI analysis and diagnostic meetings to identify opportunities to improve used car sales and quality.
- Assess and improve key areas of used car performance, including stock profile, vehicle preparation and presentation, customer enquiries, lead generation, handovers and follow-up.
- Create, implement and review SMART action plans, prioritising retailers with the greatest opportunities for improvement while maintaining effective relationships across the wider network.
- Conduct retailer visits, producing concise reports and providing coaching and guidance to support improved customer service.
