We now have an exciting opportunity for an Audi Used Car Area Sales Manager to support and develop around 25 Audi retailers across the South of England. This is a chance to make a real impact by driving performance, coaching senior stakeholders, and shaping the success of Audi’s used car operations.
The Role
- As a Used Car Area Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with Audi retailer management teams to improve used car sales performance and quality metrics.
- Building strong relationships with retailers and brand field teams to drive sales and quality outcomes.
- Conducting business reviews, analysing KPIs, and developing SMART action plans.
- Advising on stock management, marketing effectiveness, and presentation standards.
- Coaching teams on process improvement, lead management, and customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with the Audi Approved Used Dealer Agreement.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on coaching. You’ll bring:
- Proven ability to influence, engage and coach diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of used car sales operations and best practice.
- Commercial and financial awareness to support operational and management-level decisions.
- Experience of developing and implementing retailer marketing strategies.
It would be an advantage if you also had:
- A track record of capitalising on commercial opportunities in local and national markets.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy and digital skills.
