Location : The successful candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands, North East, North West or Scotland. (The role is home based with regular requirement to travel to various client locations) Salary : £48-£52K DOE + Car Allowance Contract : Full time, Permanent Benefits : 25 days annual leave, buy and sell holiday scheme, employee referral scheme, private health insurance, pension contribution, free parking, contribution towards eye test, employee assistant programme, cycle to work scheme. We are now recruiting for a Special Projects Manager to assume responsibility for the development and delivery of coaching & performance improvement programme content that drives several KPIs through the upskilling and performance of relevant individuals for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering a diverse number of projects with a number of recognised brands, primarily in the automotive sector. Main Duties And Responsibilities Work independently, proactively and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Deliver Face to Face coaching to improve results and customer experience on a range of topics Review, develop & create content that meets the changing requirements of our clients Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively communicate to clients but also internal stakeholders Develop, measure and communicate the performance of programmes with Key Stakeholders Provide all data and information required by the programmes within strict deadlines Regularly communicate with the client and programme leader Professionally and effectively represent the Client and DEKRA Automotive and comply with general and departmental procedures Change management, project management, and other relevant professional qualifications are desirable The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and coaching with a strong background in the corporate or automotive sector. They will thrive in a client facing role and possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills. A strategic thinker who can design impactful training solutions while being hands on in their delivery, they will be passionate about delivering tangible results for clients. They will have an entrepreneurial mindset to the ability to work independently and a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork and innovation.
