As an Automotive Repair Quality Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting Volkswagen Group's Authorised Repairer network, providing expert technical guidance to help diagnose complex vehicle issues and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working as part of the Technical Support Team, you'll review and resolve technical cases, collaborate with workshop technicians and manufacturer specialists, and use your hands-on diagnostic expertise to improve repair quality, reduce repeat enquiries and enhance the overall customer experience across the retailer network.
Provide expert guidance and remote support to assist the retailer network with the identification of technical product issues and adherence to process. With your practical workshop experience, you will not only support the retailers, you will also assist in the development of solutions to reduce the volume and improve the quality of inbound contact.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to DEKRA Automotive Ltd's Environmental & Quality Management System. Proven success in diagnosis on a range of vehicle systems with a strong emphasis on electrical/electronic systems.
Very good computer skills, familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail, with a flexible and proactive personality. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
