You will also advocate for quality practices that prioritize automation and integrate security within the development process.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their processes and workflows.
  • Develop and implement documentation best practices for quality assurance across multiple teams.
  • Promote an automation-first approach to quality assurance and integrate security practices into the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with performance testing and security testing methodologies.
