What you'll do
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement documentation best practices for quality assurance across multiple teams.
- Promote an automation-first approach to quality assurance and integrate security practices into the development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies and services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing methodologies.
