Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage domestic and international student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
- Oversee corporate engagement initiatives that contribute to student enrolments and career development opportunities.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage recruitment staff, including Business Development Executives, ensuring performance and development.
- Collaborate with marketing and campaigns teams to align messaging, outreach activities, and recruitment strategies.
- Monitor recruitment performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Represent the institution at recruitment events, expos, and corporate meetings locally and internationally.

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Desirable:
