We are looking for someone who is an avid user of social media, both on a professional and personal level – and is up to date with the latest trends.
Key activities include:
- Delivering a content strategy for organic social including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Creating, writing, reviewing and editing content for all social media channels – including but not limited to stills, videos, gifs and audio
- Launch and maintain a successful TikTok account for Deichmann
- Attending events, shoots and doing store visits to create content fitting with our brand guidelines
- Continuous trend research to stay relevant and contextualising findings quickly to ensure trends are utilised
- Monitoring and reporting on all organic content performance
- Liaising with agencies and third parties to evaluate performance
- Collaborating with other teams including marketing and e-commerce to establish campaign objectives and to produce content that is consistent with the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborating with the wider business to create content that introduces our target audience to Deichmann in a more native way
Ideal candidate: This role would be well suited to a creative individual with experience working within a social media role, either in house or within a marketing agency.
- Minimum of two years working in a social media role, preferably in a content creation role with focus on TikTok
- Passion for social media with a creative flair
- Demonstrated ability and experience in writing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms
- Proficient user of editing tools such as Canva
- Confidence to be the face of Deichmann\’s Tik Tok and being in front of the camera
- Experience of interpreting and reporting on social media performance via Facebook Business Manager and Instagram Insights or similar
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
Salary/Pay: £24,500 – £26,000 depending on experience
