Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor for the Slough store. The role requires previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager
- Open and close the store, including cashing up and completing associated administrative duties
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge
- Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale to drive sales
- Support management in leading the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Support team members as required
- Ensure the store is merchandised correctly; refresh product displays to create an inviting environment
- Process stock deliveries and store transfers
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
Qualifications
- Positive attitude toward providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in supervising, motivating, coaching and working with a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to approach and serve all customers
- Drive to exceed monthly performance targets
- Methodical approach to completing daily tasks, including stock SKU management

- Commitment to work 16 hours per week with flexibility to work any day (Monday–Sunday)
- Previous supervisory experience including cashing up and banking
