Purpose
Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Basildon store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.
At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This is a part-time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 8 hours per week. Ideal candidate:

Key activities:
- Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information on products.
- Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always full.
- Processing stock deliveries promptly.
- Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy to a high standard.
- Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
