Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Weston Super-Mare store. You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, the stamina to work on a fast‑paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
- Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.

Employment Terms
This is a part‑time, permanent position with 8 hours per week. The commitment to work 8 hours per week and the flexibility to work any day (Monday‑Sunday).
