: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Swindon store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor, and the capacity to work calmly under pressure. Key activities:
- Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serving customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy, to a high standard.
- Any additional ad hoc duties, as required.
