Role Overview
Deichmann is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join our Norwich store.
This is a part‑time permanent position and you will be contracted to work 16 hours per week.
You will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.11 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Open & close the store as and when required.
- Be responsible for a set of store keys.
- Approach customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on products.
- Serve customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy to a high standard.
- Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties as and when required.
