Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Hounslow store. You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, the stamina to work on a fast‑paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
Key activities:
- Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serving customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy to a high standard.
- Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
Ideal candidate:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.21 per hour + non‑contractual, hourly sales commission. At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
