Purpose: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Bradford Broadway store.
You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, the stamina to work on a fast‑paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
- Key Activities
- Approach customers, provide helpful and knowledgeable information about products.
- Serve customers at the till – process sales transactions.
- Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously replenish stock to keep shelves full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the shop floor is clean and tidy to a high standard.
- Complete any additional ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
